THAI-AMERICAN PHYSICIANS FOUNDATION

Dear All Thai-American Physicians:

This year is very special, for it is the second decade of the founding of the Thai-American Physicians Foundation. This year, TAPF held the 3rd. second-generation Thai-American physicians meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, sponsored by Emory University, the CME was on the topic of “Advances in Pediatrics & Medicine” and was held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino Hotel with great success. There were about 100 CME and non-CME attendees, including young Thai physicians from Thailand. Everyone, old and young, got to know each other well, including some “third generation” children. Several good ideas from the meeting discussions will be implemented to improve the work of the foundation. TAPF became an important liaison for our young physicians from Thailand who seek training in the U.S. Thank you to our members who dedicated their time endlessly to help them. We are currently planning the 4th. second-generation meeting, which will take place in St. Louis, Missouri on July 5-7, 2013. There are plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy in “Show Me State” St. Louis. The CME will again be sponsored by Emory University.  Please visit “TAPF FaceBook” for the details.

You are invited to Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world. Play golf and go to see fabulous shows.
